Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Creator Cube. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.

1. Platform Description
Creator Cube is an online marketplace that organizes independent content creators into collaborative groups called "Cubes." Brands and businesses discover and hire Cubes to execute marketing campaigns, rather than working with individual influencers. Creator Cube provides the infrastructure for cubes to form, campaigns to be created, payments to be processed, and work to be reviewed and approved.
Creator Cube acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not a party to the underlying agreements between brands and cube hosts, and we do not employ creators or cube hosts. However, by using our platform all parties agree to abide by the rules set out in these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Creator Cube. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Creator Cube is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You may not create more than one personal account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent platform policies, referral rules, or a prior suspension are prohibited and will be removed.
3. User Roles and Responsibilities
Creator Cube uses a progressive role system. Every registered user begins as a Creator. Additional roles | Cube Host and Brand Owner | are granted through specific actions on the platform. A single user may hold multiple roles simultaneously.
Creators are responsible for delivering content that meets the quality standards and specifications agreed upon in the campaign brief. Creators must meet agreed deadlines, communicate proactively if issues arise, and submit work that accurately represents their skills and experience. Creators must not misrepresent their follower counts, engagement rates, or audience demographics.
Cube Hosts are responsible for managing their Cube honestly and transparently. This includes selecting and vetting creators for their Cube, assigning appropriate creators to campaign milestones, and paying creators in full and on time once campaign milestones are approved. Cube Hosts must not accept campaigns they cannot reasonably fulfill.
Brand Owners are responsible for providing clear and complete campaign briefs, approving or requesting revisions on submitted work within a reasonable timeframe, and making payments according to the agreed campaign terms. Brands must not withhold payment for work that has been delivered in good faith according to the brief.
4. Campaign Terms
A campaign is a binding agreement between a Brand and a Cube (via the Cube Host) to deliver a defined set of content deliverables in exchange for payment. Campaigns are only valid when linked to a Brand Page and accepted by the Cube Host. Campaign briefs must clearly define the deliverables, expected timelines, and any content requirements. Ambiguous or incomplete briefs may lead to disputes that are difficult to resolve.
Campaigns may use one of three payment structures: a single full payment, a 50/50 deposit split, or custom milestones with defined payment amounts. The payment structure is chosen by the Brand at campaign creation and cannot be changed after the campaign has been funded.
Creators are entitled to a maximum of two revision rounds per submitted milestone. A revision request must include specific, actionable feedback. Revision requests that significantly change the original scope of the deliverable may be treated as new work and may require renegotiation. After two revision rounds, if a brand continues to withhold approval without substantive grounds, Creator Cube reserves the right to intervene and release payment to the Cube Host.
5. Payment Terms
Creator Cube charges a platform commission of 20% on all campaign payments. This fee is deducted from the campaign budget before earnings are distributed to Cube Hosts. Cube Hosts receive 80% of the campaign budget, from which they are responsible for compensating individual creators in their Cube. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and Creator Cube does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information.
Following campaign completion, Cube Host earnings are held for seven calendar days before being transferred to the Cube Host's connected Stripe account. This hold period exists to facilitate the brand refund process described in Section 6. If no refund request is submitted during this window, earnings are released automatically. Creator payments made directly by Cube Hosts are not subject to this hold period.
Affiliate commissions are subject to a separate 60-day hold period before they become available for payout. The minimum payout threshold for affiliate commissions is $10 via a connected Stripe account. All payout requests are subject to admin review and approval before funds are transferred.
All payments on Creator Cube are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Creator Cube is not responsible for currency conversion fees or international transaction charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
6. Refund Policy
Brands may submit a formal issue report within seven calendar days of campaign completion. To be eligible for a refund, the report must identify specific deliverables that were not completed or fundamentally misrepresented. Dissatisfaction with approved deliverables or content performance metrics (such as views or engagement) does not qualify for a refund.
Upon submission of an issue report, a mandatory 48-hour resolution period begins during which the Brand and Cube Host are expected to communicate and attempt to resolve the matter directly. If no resolution is reached, the dispute is escalated to Creator Cube administration for review. Admin decisions are typically issued within 72 hours of escalation.
Creator Cube may issue a full refund for campaigns where no work was delivered, a partial refund proportional to the undelivered or non-conforming portion of the work, or deny the refund request if all deliverables were completed and approved. Approved deliverables are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
Only one refund request may be submitted per campaign. Creator Cube's administrative decision is final and not subject to further appeal within the platform.
7. Affiliate Program
Creator Cube operates a referral-based affiliate program. Every user receives a unique referral code and link. When a new user signs up through your referral link, they are attributed to you for a period of 12 months. If that referred user completes a campaign on the platform during the attribution window, you earn a commission.
Affiliate commission rates are determined by your personal rank tier: Zeta (0–249 points) earns 5%, Omega (250–599 points) earns 6%, Beta (600–1,199 points) earns 8%, and Alpha (1,200+ points) earns 10%. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the platform's 20% fee on the referred user's campaign, not the total campaign budget.
All affiliate commissions are subject to a 60-day hold before they become available for payout, to account for potential refunds or charge reversals. Commissions are reversed proportionally if the underlying campaign is refunded during the hold period. The minimum payout amount is $10. Creator Cube reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse commissions that were earned through fraudulent or prohibited activity, including self-referral.
8. Cube Approval
Every newly created Cube must be reviewed and approved by Creator Cube administrators before it is listed publicly on the platform or accessible to brands through search or the map. The approval process exists to maintain quality and trust on the platform. Creator Cube reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any Cube submission for any reason, including incomplete information, inappropriate content, misrepresentation of membership or credentials, or failure to meet community standards.
Approval does not constitute an endorsement of the Cube Host or any individual creator within the Cube. Cube Hosts remain solely responsible for the conduct of their Cube and its members.
9. Intellectual Property
Creators retain full ownership of the original content they produce. By submitting content as part of a campaign, creators grant the Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered content for the purposes specified in the campaign brief. Unless the campaign terms explicitly transfer copyright or grant exclusive rights, no broader transfer of intellectual property is implied.
Creator Cube does not claim ownership over user-generated content uploaded to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Creator Cube a limited license to display, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. Creator Cube may use anonymized, aggregated data about platform activity for internal analytics and product improvement.
The Creator Cube name, logo, and platform design are the exclusive property of Creator Cube and may not be reproduced, modified, or used in any manner without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Creator Cube and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, along with forfeiture of any pending earnings or commissions.
You may not create fake or duplicate accounts, impersonate another person or entity, or provide false identity or business information. You may not misrepresent your social media follower counts, engagement rates, or audience demographics when applying to campaigns or creating a creator profile. Using bots, purchased followers, or artificial engagement to inflate your metrics is expressly forbidden.
You may not engage in self-referral or coordinate with others to generate fraudulent referral commissions. You may not manipulate platform scoring, leaderboard rankings, or tier systems through artificial means. You may not scrape platform data, access the platform through unauthorized APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
You may not use the platform to distribute spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or any material that infringes on the rights of third parties. You may not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving and approving delivered work.
11. Account Termination
Creator Cube reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or any behavior we deem harmful to the platform community. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and any pending earnings subject to active disputes may be withheld pending resolution.
You may delete your account at any time by submitting a request through the platform settings. Account deletion is subject to our data retention policy as described in our Privacy Policy. Pending campaign obligations must be resolved before an account can be fully deleted.
12. Limitation of Liability
Creator Cube is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creator Cube and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Creator Cube in the six months preceding the claim.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with Creator Cube through our internal resolution process by contacting us at the address provided in Section 16. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 10 business days.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of Creator Cube shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any proceeding is not subject to arbitration under Section 13, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.
15. Changes to These Terms
Creator Cube reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
