Refund Policy
Last updated: March 29, 2026
Creator Cube is committed to fair outcomes for both brands and creators. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect during the review process.
1. Refund Eligibility Window
Brands may submit a refund review request within seven calendar days of campaign completion. The campaign completion date is the date on which the brand marks the campaign as finished in the Creator Cube platform. After this seven-day window closes, refund requests are no longer accepted and the cube host's earnings are released automatically.
Only one refund request may be submitted per campaign. Refund requests must be submitted through the campaign page in your Creator Cube dashboard | requests submitted via email or other channels cannot be processed.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund
A refund request may be approved in full or in part if the campaign involved: non-delivery of agreed deliverables within the campaign timeframe, partial delivery where a meaningful portion of agreed deliverables was not produced, or a fundamental misrepresentation of the creator's capabilities, audience, or platform metrics that was material to the brand's decision to hire the cube.
Refund requests must be accompanied by specific, documented evidence of the issue. Vague complaints without supporting documentation will generally not be approved.
3. What Does Not Qualify
The following situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility: dissatisfaction with the quality of deliverables that were previously approved by the brand through the Creator Cube platform, underperformance of content in terms of views, engagement, reach, or other metrics, a change of mind after deliverables have been approved, disputes about creative direction that were not clearly specified in the original campaign brief, or delays caused by the brand's own failure to provide required assets, feedback, or approvals on time.
Once a deliverable has been formally approved by the brand through the Creator Cube platform, it is considered accepted and is not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
4. The Refund Process
Step 1 | Submit a request. Navigate to your completed campaign in the Creator Cube dashboard and click "Report an issue." Describe the problem and upload any supporting evidence (screenshots, communications, delivery records).
Step 2 | Resolution period. A mandatory 48-hour resolution period begins immediately. During this time, the brand and cube host are encouraged to communicate directly and attempt to reach an agreement without admin intervention. Either party may submit a response or additional evidence through the platform during this period.
Step 3 | Admin review. If the matter is not resolved within 48 hours, it is automatically escalated to the Creator Cube admin team. An administrator will review all submitted evidence and typically issue a decision within 72 hours of escalation.
Step 4 | Decision. The administrator will issue one of the following decisions: a full refund for non-delivery, a partial refund proportional to the undelivered work, a denial if the work was delivered and approved, or a resolution without refund if the matter was settled between the parties. Creator Cube's decision is final.
5. Refund Types and Amounts
Full refund: issued when no work was delivered. The full campaign budget is returned to the brand. Any affiliate commissions earned on the campaign will be reversed.
Partial refund: issued when some but not all deliverables were completed. The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the undelivered portion of the campaign. Affiliate commissions are reversed proportionally.
No refund: issued when all deliverables were completed and approved. Earnings are released to the cube host and no refund is issued.
6. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the campaign. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. Creator Cube does not charge any fees for processing approved refunds.
7. Earnings Hold Period
To make the refund process possible, cube host earnings are held on the Creator Cube platform for seven days after campaign completion. During this window, funds remain with Creator Cube and can be returned to the brand without requiring a clawback from the cube host. If no refund request is submitted, earnings are transferred automatically to the cube host's Stripe account at the end of the hold period.
Creator payments made directly by the cube host to individual creators during the campaign are not subject to this hold and are not reversible by Creator Cube. Cube hosts bear the financial risk of creator payments during the refund window.
8. Appeals
Creator Cube does not currently offer a formal appeals process for refund decisions. All administrative decisions are final. If you believe there has been an error, you may contact us at legal@creatorcube.co and we will review the matter at our discretion, but we cannot guarantee reconsideration.
