Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 29, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards of conduct required of all Creator Cube users. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users regardless of role. By using Creator Cube, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Identity and Authenticity
You must be who you say you are. Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person or brand, using someone else's identity, or registering on behalf of an entity you are not authorized to represent is prohibited. Each individual may hold only one personal Creator Cube account. Creating additional accounts to circumvent a suspension, bypass platform rules, or exploit the referral system is a serious violation that will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
When providing profile information | including social media follower counts, engagement rates, and audience demographics | you must provide truthful and accurate data. Inflating or misrepresenting these figures to secure campaigns or achieve higher platform rankings is prohibited.
2. Metrics and Engagement Integrity
Creator Cube's platform relies on authentic creator metrics to match brands with the right cubes. Accordingly, you may not purchase followers, subscribers, likes, comments, or any form of artificial engagement on any platform. You may not use bots, automated tools, or click farms to inflate your social metrics. If Creator Cube discovers artificial inflation of metrics, affected campaigns may be voided and earnings forfeited.
3. Affiliate and Referral Integrity
The affiliate and referral system is designed to reward users for genuinely introducing new people to Creator Cube. Self-referral | using your own referral code to create additional accounts | is strictly prohibited. Coordinating with others to generate artificial referrals, creating fake referred accounts, or manipulating the referral attribution system in any way is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated commissions and account termination.
4. Platform Integrity and Leaderboard
You may not attempt to manipulate the Creator Cube scoring system, leaderboard rankings, or tier progression through artificial means. This includes coordinating with others to generate fake campaign completions, fake ratings, or fake referral conversions for the purpose of boosting scores. Creator Cube reserves the right to audit score data and reverse manipulated rankings.
You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Creator Cube through automated means. You may not access the platform through undocumented APIs, attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or interfere with platform infrastructure. Unauthorized access attempts may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. Communication and Conduct
All communication on Creator Cube | including campaign messages, profile content, cube descriptions, and any other user-generated text | must comply with the following standards. You may not post content that is harassing, threatening, abusive, or defamatory toward any individual or group. You may not post hate speech, content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, or content that promotes violence.
You may not use Creator Cube to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), engage in phishing, distribute malware, or solicit personal information from other users outside of legitimate campaign activity. Campaign briefs and communications must be professional and relevant to the campaign.
6. Illegal and Harmful Content
You may not use Creator Cube for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. This includes but is not limited to: promoting or facilitating illegal goods or services, distributing content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, uploading content that violates export control laws, and engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes through campaign payments.
Content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise harmful may not be submitted as campaign deliverables or uploaded to your profile.
7. Payment Integrity
You may not initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against Creator Cube or other users. Filing a chargeback for a campaign where deliverables were received and approved constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. Brands who submit refund requests in bad faith | including withholding approval without legitimate grounds | are also in violation of this policy.
8. Consequences of Violations
Creator Cube takes violations of this Acceptable Use Policy seriously. Consequences depend on the severity and frequency of the violation and may include a formal warning and requirement to correct the behavior, temporary suspension of account features, full account suspension pending investigation, permanent account termination with forfeiture of pending earnings and commissions, and referral to law enforcement for illegal activity.
Creator Cube reserves the right to take action against any account at our sole discretion if we believe a user's behavior threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users, even if that specific behavior is not explicitly listed in this policy.
9. Reporting Violations
If you observe a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it. Reports help us maintain a trustworthy marketplace for everyone. To report a violation, please contact us at trust@creatorcube.co with the subject line "AUP Report" and include the username or profile in question, a description of the observed behavior, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots.
All reports are treated confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the users being reported. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, but we may not be able to share the outcome of our investigation due to privacy considerations.
